About Tracy's business & Why she joined the implementation group

I have been in the health and fitness industry since 1993, I had my own studio for many years and now I do not have the brick and mortar but teach and train in the outdoors and I teach at a community college and I have taught on the Pilates equipment for many years currently training at the Y. I'm working on growing/changing my outdoor training business I’m looking to start a business that would educate individuals (still defining) on coaching kids on the spectrum. I joined this group for accountability, inspiration, direction, purpose, I felt like I needed to be part of a community of like-minded individuals and because I consider Shannon a mentor.
